Terms of Service

By installing Daacreators Helpdesk, you agree to these terms governing the use of our ticketing infrastructure provided by DAA Creators.

1. Billing & Subscription

All billing is securely processed through the Shopify App Store. Charges are non-refundable once processed. Uninstalling the app from your Shopify Admin may automatically cancel your subscription.

2. Merchant Responsibility

You are responsible for the content of communications sent through the system. Daacreators Helpdesk acts as a passive conduit for your support communications and internal documentation.

3. System Liability

The App is provided "as is." While we maintain high availability standards, DAA Creators is not liable for loss of support data, missed customer inquiries, or store downtime.

4. AI Features & Third-Party Services

Daacreators Helpdesk offers optional AI-powered features that require you to provide your own API keys from third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google AI). By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• Your conversation data will be sent to your chosen AI provider
• You are responsible for compliance with the AI provider's terms of service
• You pay the AI provider directly for usage - we do not charge for AI features
• Your API keys are stored securely in our database
• You are solely responsible for the security and management of your API keys
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access, exposure, or misuse of your API keys
• We are not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy or appropriateness
• You must review all AI-generated content before sending to customers

AI features are entirely optional. The application functions fully without them.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to DAA Creators' jurisdiction, ensuring standard commercial protections for both parties.
